It's super easy!

1. Clean your nose: Make sure to wash your nose with soap and water, and dry it thoroughly before applying the strip.
2. Remove the protective film: Take the nose strip out of the package and remove the protective film.
3. Apply the strip: Place the strip on your nose so it's centered, with the wings resting on the sides. As you position it, gently feel the sides of your nose with your fingers to locate where the 'hard' part ends and the 'soft' part begins. The top edge of the strip should rest right where the hard part transitions to the soft area.
4. Press the strip firmly: Make sure the strip is securely attached. The three flex-strips pull the strip taut, so it's important to ensure that the contact with your skin is as strong as possible from the very first touch.
5. Breathe deeply: Feel the air flowing freely through your nose.

Bonus tips:

• If you're having trouble with the strip not sticking well, try cleaning your nose with alcohol before applying it.
• For the best results, it's recommended to leave the strip on for 20-30 minutes before your workout.

Airway nose strips are intended for single use and should not be used for more than 12 hours at a time. If you experience any discomfort or irritation, remove the strip immediately.
