How to use?
Note: For best results, we recommend using alcohol wipes or antiseptic to clean your nose before applying the strip.
- Clean and dry your nose: Make sure your nose is cleaned thouroughly and completely dry. If you are using soap, avoid using ones that leave a residue.
- Peel off the protective backing.
- Position the Strip: Align the top edge where the hard part ends and the softer part begins.
- Press Firmly: Hold in place for at least 10 seconds to ensure a secure fit.
Usage Guidelines
- Do not wear for more than 12 hours at a time.
- Not suitable for children under 5 years old.
- Avoid use on irritated, sunburned, or broken skin.
- Discontinue use if you experience irritation or discomfort.
- Do not use nasal strips with mouth tape.

My strip isn't sticking–what can I do?
To ensure that the strip sticks well:
- Clean your nose with an alcohol wipe to remove any residue left on the skin.
- Dry your skin completely before applying the strip.
- Firmly press the strip onto your nose, hold for 10 seconds and gently rub the strip into the skin to activate the adhesive.
Note: For workouts, we suggest to leave the strip on for at least 30 minutes before your workout.

While we’ve heard from customers who found relief, it’s important to know that our strips are not specifically designed to treat snoring.
